The Rules for the provision of hotel services at the Lakhta Plaza Hotel

1.GENERAL PROVISIONS

These rules (hereinafter, the "Rules") are developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992, the Rules for the provision of Hotel services in the Russian Federation, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1085 of 09.10.2015 as amended on 18.07.2019 and other norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.1.    Term:

Hotel means a separate subdivision of Park Hotel LLC, as well as the territory adjacent to the Hotel. Primorsky Avenue 78, k. 1.
Hotel services means the list of services provided to the Guest in accordance with these Rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Guest means a person using or intending to use Hotel Services.
Guest Registration Card means a document confirming the conclusion of a Hotel services agreement between the Guest and the Hotel.

1.2.    Registration of hotel accommodation is carried out on the basis of presentation of identity documents (passport or other identity document, in accordance with the established procedure, birth certificate for children under 14 years old).

1.3.    The Hotel's working hours are round the clock.

1.4.    The time specified in the rules is Moscow.

1.5.    In order to ensure security, video surveillance is conducted in the Hotel.

2.    ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF GUESTS

2.1. Check-out time (check-in time) is from 14:00.
Check-out time (check-out time) is 12:00.

2.2.    At the request of the Guest and the availability of available rooms, late check-out from the Hotel is possible, as well as early check-in. The guest must pay for this service on the following conditions:

  • Late check–out from 12:00 to 18:00 is charged at the rate of 50% of the cost of the day;
  • Late check-out from 18:00 to 00:00 hours - paid in the amount of 100% of the cost of the day;
  • Early check-in from 00:00 to 09:00 - paid in the amount of 100% of the cost of the day;
  • Early check-in from 09:00 to 14:00 is charged at the rate of 50% of the cost of the day.
3.    BOOKING PROCEDURE

3.1.    Booking of rooms, as well as additional services is carried out by telephone, electronic communication (on the website www.Lahtaplaza.ru or by sending an application to This email address is being protected from spambots. 3.2.    The Hotel sends the Guest a confirmation or refusal of the reservation within 24 hours of receipt of the request. During the period of high load, the processing time of applications can be extended up to 72 hours.

3.3.    The Hotel provides 3 types of reservations. The bookings provided depend on the season and the Hotel's workload. You can find out this information by contacting the Hotel Administrator, or go to the website www.Lahtaplaza.ru . The booking conditions are valid for the current day.

  • Non-guaranteed booking. This type of reservation is not paid in advance, it remains until 18:00 hours of the expected arrival day, after which it is automatically canceled.
  • Guaranteed booking. This type of reservation is paid in the amount of 100% prepayment after confirmation of the reservation by the Hotel. Guaranteed booking entitles you to receive accommodation services, the possibility of checking in after 18:00 hours, but before 12:00 hours of the day following the day of arrival. In case of no-show before the above time, the reservation will be canceled and a fine will be charged in the amount of the room rate for the first night of stay.
  • Non-refundable booking. Payment for this booking is made at the time of booking. In case of no-show or cancellation of the reservation, a fine of 100% will be charged for the entire night of stay.
4.PAYMENT PROCEDURE

4.1. Payment for services is made in Russian rubles, by the chosen guest - in cash at the hotel cash desk, by international or national card (debit or credit) cards are accepted for payment with the exception of the American Express payment system, or by transfer to a bank account.

4.2.    In case of non-receipt of funds to the settlement account of the hotel (when paying by bank transfer), the guest is obliged to pay for his accommodation in cash upon arrival.

4.3.    In case of early departure of the guest from the hotel, the remaining amount for the stay is non-refundable.

4.4.    In case of departure from the Hotel without paying for additional services and/or for late check-out, as well as in cases of damage caused by the Guest to the property of the Hotel, the Hotel has the right to debit the corresponding amount from the Guest's bank card.

4.5.    Relocation of a Guest to another room from a room in which he has already been accommodated is carried out only for objective reasons and if possible.

4.6.   Breakfast in the Hotel restaurant is included in the price.

4.7. Upon arrival, a security payment in the amount of 5,000 (five thousand) rubles is charged from the Guest, and 10,000 (Ten thousand) rubles for superior rooms for the entire period of stay. The security payment may cover the cost of additional services voluntarily purchased by the consumer, as well as the security payment is charged against additional services or compensation for possible penalties for improper performance of the obligation.

4.8.    Payment Methods:

  • Cash payment

  • By bank card

4.9.    Return of the goods.
The period of return of the goods of proper quality is 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The refund of the transferred funds is made to your bank account within 5-30 working days (the period depends on the bank that issued your bank card).

5.    HOTEL ACCOMMODATION POLICY

5.1.    In order to ensure order, the safety of property and the safety of Guests, it is prohibited in the Hotel:

  • smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, hookahs throughout the Hotel building. In case of smoking in the Hotel, the Guest undertakes to pay an additional cleaning fee of 10,000 (ten thousand) rubles;
  • leave unregistered persons in the room and give them room keys;
  • store flammable materials, weapons;
  • accommodation with pets;
  • disturb the peace of other hotel guests;
  • change the interior of the hotel, remove and rearrange furniture from the room;
  • remove dishes, cutlery, food and drinks from the restaurant.

5.2. In case of non-compliance with these Rules by the Guest, the Hotel has the right to terminate the provision of hotel services.

When staying at the Hotel, the guest must:

  • strictly observe fire safety rules, rules for visiting the SPA area, sauna, fitness center;
  • compensate for damage in case of loss, damage or damage to the property of the hotel;
  • be responsible for the actions of persons invited by the Guest to the Hotel, including to compensate for the damage caused to the Hotel, its property, employees, other Guests, in full. Visiting of the staying Guests is allowed until 23:00, after which the staying Guest must arrange accommodation at the Hotel of invited persons;
  • timely and fully pay for all services provided by the hotel;
  • after the expiration of the established period of stay, vacate the room, hand over the key to the administrator of the accommodation service;
  • provide access to the room of the Hotel employees, during your stay, to carry out the current cleaning and change of bed linen;
  • The guest is responsible for his own life and health, as well as all his Guests in the Hotel, including the SPA area, sauna, fitness center;

5.4.    The hotel has the right to refuse service to citizens without explanation, including persons with signs of alcohol or drug intoxication.

5.5.    Control over the observance of public order by Guests is carried out by the Hotel staff. In case of violation of public order by the Guest, the Hotel staff has the right to call the police to resolve the issue of bringing the Guest to administrative responsibility.

5.6. Musical and other noisy events, including fireworks, are allowed only by agreement with the Hotel in strictly designated areas during the period from 10:00 to 23:00 hours. All night music and other noisy events should be held indoors in compliance with the permissible noise level.

5.7.    Guests must ensure that the rights of other Guests staying at the Hotel are respected when performing video and photo shoots on the territory of the Hotel.

5.8.    The Hotel administration is not responsible for the valuables of the guest, including things left in the room. To store valuables, use a safe.

6.    ACCOMMODATION IN A ROOM WITH MINOR CHILDREN

6.1.    Children up to and including 3 years stay free of charge, including breakfast, with the provision of a cot.
Children from 4 to 7 years old live on a paid basis, which is paid additionally in the amount of 2,000 (two thousand) rubles per day.
Children from 8 to 18 years old live on a paid basis, which is paid additionally in the amount of 3,000 (three thousand) rubles per day.

6.2.    Ordering all services at the Hotel for persons under 18 years of age is carried out only by their parents or other legal representatives.

6.3. Parents or other legal representatives are fully responsible for the actions of persons under the age of 18 during their stay at the Hotel, including for potential damage caused to the Hotel, its property, employees, other Guests.

6.4.    Children under the age of 14 are registered at the Hotel upon presentation:

  • birth certificates of persons under the age of 14.
  • a document confirming the identity of the accompanying person who is with the minor.
  • document certifying the authority of the accompanying person (birth certificate – for parents, notarized power of attorney - for other authorized persons).

6.5.    Children from 14 to 18 years old are registered at the Hotel upon presentation:

  • passport;
  • document confirming the identity of the accompanying person who is with the minor;
  • document certifying the authority of the accompanying person (birth certificate – for parents, notarized power of attorney - for other authorized persons).
